請問此句中，rather做何解呢？為何會這樣用？

用and 當連結詞的話 我想這裡是指 甚至 的意思

send跟deliver...personally 它們是不是衝突?(B大想的是這個嗎?)

語意怪，到底郵寄還面交？英文應是rather "than" deliver!

應該就是 “而不是” 吧（?
