2. 737MAX原先的系統安全分析
a. MCAS本身移動尾翼範圍比初始的安全分析報告還能再多四倍
初始安全報告指出移動水平尾翼上限為0.6度
但是獅航時波音指出MCAS可以移動2.5度

how much the system could move the horizontal tail — a limit of 0.6 degrees)
