去年十月多的時候有買美亞
剛剛又想網購的時候順便問了客服
進口費用import charge
是不是沒被收到關稅就會退給我
結果客服給了這些回應
"As You are not a prime member import charges will be impose on you as per the
policy but as a exception.
I have forwarded the refund request it might be credited back to your card
within 3-5 business days after getting processed."
想請問現在是改成prime member 才會退稅嗎
或者是我理解有誤呢
