之前買美國AMAZON Kindle的電子書都沒有問題
請問是否下列原因造成的?
1.免費的電子書有額度?
今天買了2本免費的電子書,所以不能再買其他的免費電子書

今天設定AMAZON的帳號Two-Step Verification
填了台灣手機號碼
是不是因為這樣我的帳號認定是非美國地區?
