We want to reduce the overall strength of the The Emerald Dreamcatcher, but
agree that removing the “Surgeweaving” playstyle it allows isn’t ideal.
So, we’re going to take a different approach. Instead of adjusting the buff’
s duration, we’re going to reduce the Astral Power cost reduction to 7 per
stack (down from 10). This should allow you to continue the playstyle of
weaving spells in-between Starsurges, but still lower the gap between players
who have the The Emerald Dreamcatcher and those who don't.
本來想整個翻 但是越看越怒..... 只好稍微講重點 還請見諒
總之就是想砍 但是直接砍死不好說嘴
所以現在砍成一層-7 但是持續時間不動
而砍的原因麻.....
對! 他覺得有橘頭的打的比沒有的高太多了 所以bz balance一下

那少了影響這麼巨大的東西的話本來就不是前段班的鳥d 該怎麼辦哩

要拉近有無橘裝的方式應該是砍橘裝並BUFF其他方面來補回吧

其實會砍不意外 暗夜堡套裝很強 活化+致命 跟星湧傷害20% 橘頭3秒幾乎一直有活化 星湧一直射 你覺得不該砍嗎

等到真的一直射一直射了再砍麻(扭) 先爽一下!雖然我沒有鳥頭QQ
