我想，現在的爭議只剩上這規則的前半段這句．
目前的爭議大概是 "touch" 這個字上。
這應該是文字意義的問題，很多人可能認為 touch 就是碰觸，
Reyse 離開後，因為二壘跑者仍然碰在三壘上，所以又取得了所有權。

大家可以注意一下，幾乎都有個 into。touch 這動作是指從沒接觸到接觸。
所以，在 Reyse 離開後，二壘跑者並沒有 "touch" 三壘去 "acquire" 權力。
其實從整句語意也可以判定。若 touch 指的是有碰觸到，那規則寫的，
不就代表他一直在 acquire 權力？規則訂的是，在他 touches，就是碰到的瞬間，
他 acquires the right。中文翻 "進" 觸，其實是翻得非常完美．
