It is true that I robbed a bank. I know what the law says. I know I broke
the law. But I don't believe I should be punished. And here's why:
1. It will cost the government money to lock me up.
2. I am a good person, just needed the money.
3. The money just sits there. If I don't spend it, no one will.
4. By taking and spending the money, I'm helping the economy.
5. My children also need money.
6. My children can't live without me if you send me to jail.
7. Plenty of people take money from the bank.
8. I think you're being racist.
All in all, you should set me free, give me the money I robbed, and stop
prosecuting all bank robbers. I happen to know a lot of people who would
agree to my logic, they're called Democrats.
By the way, I really think the bank shouldn't spend money for that new security
door. It's just the stupidest idea.
