想請問版上franchise這個單字的意思及用法，
查字典大概知道franchise是政府賦予的權利或特許經銷權
實際看很多字典的例句，也看得很順，

(他因為未達規定而失去經營權)
但常在西方網站或媒體上看到這個字，又好像不是字典上的意思，
