有幾句台灣人習慣用來罵人的話
但我想不到英文有對應的語境 有辦法翻譯嗎?
1. 不說話會怎樣嗎? 會死嗎
2. 我這樣講是為你好 不然到時候倒楣的是你
第一句 我的翻譯是
what would happen if you shut up? will you die?
但這樣好像沒有翻出生氣的感覺
因為對歐美文化不熟悉
想請問 英文有類似這樣的罵人方式嗎? 如果有要怎麼講呢?
第二句 我的翻譯是
What I said is for your own good or you will have bad luck.
也是不確定能不能這樣說.......
尤其是倒楣的說法 我找不到相近的詞

基本上情緒用語你不要用中文直譯,以英文口語常說的方式去想會更接近他們(聽得懂)的說法1.(Why) would you just shut up?或Can't you justshut (the hell) up?硬要加入原文的「會死嗎」基本上都是加強語氣而已,可用Will it kill you if you just keep mouth shut?2.倒楣的是你>是指事情最後會怪回到你頭上,跟luck無關I'm only saying this for your own good. Don't letit get back at you.所以"倒楣的是你"應該是指"最後被責怪/出事情的是你"故也可用you're the one to blame on./ or it becameyour responsibility.
