評論：簡單說，可以免認證先拿55%，但代價是你要放棄剩下的45%代幣，如果不願意放棄
就要等到新網站開啟，用新的嚴格認證後才可以拿55%資金與剩餘的45%代幣。
我看到都傻眼了，怎麼有人賠償是這樣賠的?!怕有問題還去翻推特的留言與中國的討論，
都是只能二選一沒錯。
按照polo相對寬鬆的LV2認證都要幾個月以上了，BTC-E我不敢想像要卡多久了，這還是他
建立在不刁難「外國人」的情況下...
本來還打算美美的先拿55%，剩下45%再慢慢給BTC-E磨沒關係，看來算盤都被打翻了
