早餐: 1/4 avocado + 2 whole meal toast + long black
午餐: lots of veggies + chicken breast + oats
晚餐: lots of veggies + beans + 2 kiwis
運動: 1 hr + 15 sauna
喝水量: 2000 up
今天的心情: fat :(.
