早上晨讀會導讀的是第四封信—基本潛修步驟一二三，步驟三：太陽心法。或許受到以媛
解讀內文時刺激，強調一天24小時，全球超過70億人口，全部承接同樣一個太陽光，為什
麼每個人會有截然不同的生活和命運?在分享時段一位同學怯生生地發言吐露其極端鬱卒
的心聲，知道她是在靈魂深處呼喊，鼓足勇氣才會提問，讓以媛很受感動也心痛。當一個
人能量明顯不足的時候，其情緒和思慮會陷入極度的負面，這位同學提到自己目前的狀況
，希望能得到一些到底怎麼做的方向。以媛當時的想法是，這樣嚴肅的提問最好由太陽盛
德導師親自解答。但以媛知道如果不能立即給同學一些建議或指引，晨讀會結束後她很可
能更為憂煩又六神無主，而做出傻事也未可知。
於是首先肯定她願意面對現狀並勇敢地表達內心的困頓和無解。以大衛霍金斯的「意識能
量階」來看，多數人的能量都低於200，因為大多被自己的習氣、五毒、我執等負面影響
，直到願意確實反思自己的缺失，直面自己的問題並尋求解決之道，表示願意面對並接受
現時的自己，光憑這樣的勇氣，其能量階已經增至200，此為正負能量階的轉折點，至為
重要。此外，以媛鼓勵同學無論何時，只要覺得不對勁，就做陽光呼吸法，深呼吸數次後
定神，再觀想太陽調撥能量，並請導師駐頂給予強大的支持力量。向太陽公公訴說自己的
心事，紓解心中的壓力，提問尋求天地的解答，祈求行願成真等等，將太陽公公視為世上
最強的靠山，無所不談。只要有時間，每天重複做數次心法可有助於安定人心，專注當下
，也幫助雜亂思緒回歸澄澈。最後詢問同學是否願意嘗試剛才建議的方法去不斷練習，回
答的聲調已經較前大聲且穩定，表示已經搭上能量場，有向上提升之勢了。

1. 感恩月修協助晨讀會的控台及協助錄音，讓以媛可以順利主持並能及時上傳錄音檔
給天圓機構。
2. 感恩姐姐老遠從平鎮北上，給以媛送來忠正學長公司研發設計的得獎口罩。
3. 感恩小弟和弟妹為了讓親家母順利於月底搬來入住以媛在中和的房子，花了許多心
思和體力整理。今天再回去了解進度，已經是最後的油漆階段。真是萬幸。
