今晚台北教室菁英會導讀《超級生命密碼》第八章「夫妻相處金鑰」，發覺這最重要卻又
最難和諧的人際關係就是「夫妻倫」。主持人麗珠經常說「結婚不見得是愛情的墳墓，卻
是因果大戲的開始」，細想真是如此。但是以媛繼之又想，人心是肉做的，將心比心，站
在對方的立場和角度了解其心情的變化、生活和情感上的需求等等，就不會總是把雙方互
動的狀態視為理所當然，或總覺得是對方欠我的，應該對我更好些。
以媛周圍老年夫妻離婚的案例並不少見，究其原因在於其中一方不願意再委屈求全，始終
做「自認為」付出的一方。另一方往往渾然不覺，在每天日子裏過著習慣於對方付出的生
活。如果其他家庭成員沒有特別感受到父母其中一方的辛勞而給予肯定，並經常在言語及
行為上表達感恩之情，當自覺對家庭的責任告一段落時，就會生出「不如歸去」的念頭，
過自己想過的日子。當有這樣的決定告知家人時，通常換來的是家人們一臉的錯愕。不是
只有配偶，連子女都可能突然發覺自己多年的疏忽造成對方的求去，是一件多麼殘酷的事
實。以媛由諸多此類的案例領悟到每個家庭成員都有責任關心家人的情緒變化和真正的需
求，給予適度的回應，不是一味地只顧自己的工作和生活，才有可能產生家人的凝聚力。
一個家庭需要有一位知修的小太陽，以其超高的正能量，不著痕跡地關注其他人並做著潛
移默化的影響，而從不抱怨或指責。但也會很有技巧地讓家庭成員知道自己的付出是出於
何種心態，避免家人落入理所當然的慣性裡。如同太陽盛德導師所說：修行修智慧，夫妻
、親子、手足等關係全部都要以「愛與感恩」成為通關密語來滋潤彼此。在今晚「七夕情
人節」的日子，麗珠、玫嫣特別請鏡菲、思偉加上可愛的女兒一家三口現身說法，分享思
偉因為鏡菲小太陽的帶動，和母親拉近了一直疏遠的關係，適時展現兒子對於母親的感恩
與報恩之情，連帶也改善了自己的家庭關係，有了和睦圓滿的轉化，令人羨慕也成為學習
的榜樣。

1. 感恩同事Mia這段時間協助老闆準備重要案件核備展延的會勘文件。因為Mia的思慮
縝密，做是有方法又快速，很得到老闆的信任，也相當程度分攤了以媛的一些工作，很幸
運有這樣優秀的同仁。
2. 感恩麗珠、玫嫣主持了今晚溫馨又成功的菁英會，導讀、分享、視頻觀看、主題討
論等等相互穿插，緊湊又有趣，以媛獲益良多。
