以媛從視頻中得到的訊息是龐眾望在一般人感到絕望的境象中能保持樂觀進取，在承擔家
庭的重擔之餘還能勤於學習。當社會上感動於龐眾望的勵志楷模而捐款助學的時候，龐卻
能謙卑不貪，將大部分的捐款再捐出去，始終維持一種善良真誠的本性，這是讓正能量滿
溢不墜，激勵自己勇往直前的主因，使生活在正確的軌道上展現正向的生命素質，自然能
逐步調整生活的內涵，提升的價值，生命的走向也就改變了。
在今天的《生命之光》中，導師提到：「境界能夠撥轉絕非巧合，必須感謝天地的慈悲，
給予祝福和庇佑」。超碼學員都知道，要得到天眷必須不斷精進、勇往直前，不能心猿意
馬、三心二意。後者會讓自己舉棋不定，正負得負，容易受到負能量干擾而讓修行停滯不
前，甚至不進則退，讓能量無法正負平衡而陷於危境。
從「生活成績單」的「結果論」來看修行的次第，以媛知道自己無甚成長，頂多運用超碼
方法在工作壓力下維持正能量於不墜，保持情緒正向穩定。這種工作張力的挑戰也成為以
媛修行的一大考驗，所幸因為篤信自己的選擇而能在超碼系統中亦步亦趨跟上隊伍。
