說一下後續收到的處理

member, we sincerely apologized for your unpleased stay.
Our hotel management was taking seriously after all unpleasant that has
happened to you. As our housekeeping was working on thoroughly inspect
hygiene under the bed for all guestrooms.
And strengthen for the hotel staff training.
In addition, regarding to your missing stay and points as you mentioned,
after checked with Hilton Honors Center it was due to the system issue, and
upon we sent this E-mail to you ,we’ve already apply the missing
Stay and points(including the bonus points). Please kindly review your member
account recently.
Once again, Apologized for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your
patient to inform us, we are pleasure to offer you a free upgrade to suit for

簡單的說就是很制式的道歉,會加強訓練和清理
然後消失的stay和points是系統問題
他們已經去申請missing Stay and points
話說這還真怪入住前都看的到紀錄,換房間後就消失了...
而且別間飯店都不會遇上這種問題...
而且當天還2個房號和姓氏都不法登入上網...
另外賠償就是你再來住會幫你升套...
