The NHS website previously recommended both paracetamol and ibuprofen, but
has since changed its advice to say that while "there is currently no strong
evidence that ibuprofen can make coronavirus (Covid-19) worse... until we
have more information, take paracetamol to treat the symptoms of coronavirus,
unless your doctor has told you paracetamol is not suitable for you."
NHS 之前推薦乙醯胺酚和伊普芬，但後來改變建議，
"雖然目前沒有強烈證據表明伊普芬會讓中國肺炎惡化...但在我們得到更多資訊之前，

乙醯胺酚的好處是除過敏的人較少外，
在擔心病人有氣喘或其它心血管疾病時好用
如急診接了病人，未知藥物過敏史，需要止痛退燒時，
可能會開個乙醯胺酚prn
普拿疼（panadol）則是葛蘭素史克所產乙醯胺酚的商品名，
廣為人知，故常用普拿疼代稱乙醯胺酚，但最早合成出乙醯胺酚的，
非gsk
伊普芬(ibuprofen)近年常為人知的商品名則是日本成藥EVE
