各位前輩晚安，不才有個愚昧的問題想請問
橘麻3-28頁關於Charcot's triad的敘述，原文寫Charcot's triad present in ~70% of patients
但老師上課提到Charcot's triad是個低Sensitivity(36%)高specificity(93%)的檢查

小麻說的present in ~70% of patient應該是(T+|D+)=true positive=70%，這樣false negative=30%
與上述sensitivity=36%的數字不合
或是我理解錯誤，小麻敘述的70%為PPV? 但這樣回去看整句又覺得很怪
好像怎麼算都不對， 希望有生統神人來解答，謝謝各位前輩 <(_ _)>
