【工作職缺】Business Development Manager
【工作內容】
‧ Develop and implement sales strategies for new business (custom
programs) into high-priority apparel manufacturers and global
brands in the consumer activewear markets.
‧ Track and report on sales activity to Managing Director, and achieve
quarterly/annual revenue and business development activity goals.
‧ Manage and grow an assigned list of existing key accounts and handle
on a daily basis all customer service requirements for these accounts.
‧ Support existing programs
‧ Participate in new business forecasting, planning, and goal setting.
‧ Analyze key market and competitive trends, and define key
opportunities and critical actions to be taken for key accounts.
‧ Work directly with the Managing Director to implement key sales
initiatives, and to recommend sales strategies and support programs
to grow the business.
‧ Travel to South East Asia 30% of time to meet in person with key
customers.

【徵求條件】
Adhevation Co., Ltd. is searching for a self-starting Business
Development Manager with an aggressive personality and strong
character. Major qualifications include:
‧ Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred (or,
equivalent work-related experience).
‧ 2-3 years of proven success in sales and business development,
preferably with a background in the apparel and textiles industry or
international trade.
‧ Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills required.
‧ Basic computer skills in order to work with existing IT systems needed
to fulfill job requirements.
‧ Strong typing skills and written communication skills for effective
e-mail and other communication.
‧ Strong telephone sales skills to complement direct selling activities.
Preferred Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
‧ Proficient in both English & Chinese
‧ Microsoft Word/Excel/PPT
