[問題] ASOS瑕疵退貨,客服沒退全額?

購買ASOS的洋裝,收到後有明顯大破洞,附上照片寫信告知客服後
回信有提到"I can refund your postage costs for you"
接著進SKYNET辦理退貨,選擇來家裡取貨,郵資總共為495台幣
回信給asos客服時,有把skynet收據清單一起附給客服
但客服的回信提到會退我5.9英磅....? 跟我刷退的金額不一樣啊!!!
請問一下有其他人也遇過這問題嗎? 是我那裡有出錯或表達錯誤?
我要如何再次回覆給客服? 才會退我完整費用

I’m pleased to let you know that I’ve arranged for your refund of £5.90
to be made to your Visa Card . Depending on your card issuer or bank, the
money can take 5-10 working days to appear in your account. If we’re not
able to issue your refund as expected, we’ll be in touch.
