這個EO其實在更早之前就有謠言出來了
一開始小弟是在一個美國移民律師的網站看到乳摸
裡面有談到可能的內容細節，直到最近這一兩週開始更多官方新聞報導
原本乳摸是說6/15就會執行，但看來沒發生
小弟猜測應該是還在跟商業工會..等等激烈交戰中
因為新聞都報商業工會是不贊成禁止H1B或L1這種簽證
因為他們認為這會影響到美國的經濟復甦，
況且科技業很需要持有這些簽證(高技能)的人
川普自己在Fox的Interview證實22號禮拜一可能就會執行這項EO
比較不確定的是執行的方式
多數的都說是會暫時禁止持有工作簽證的人入境美國
並且正在申請的人也會遭殃 例如等AP...等
另外天數也很不確定 大部分新聞是報90-180天，或是直到10月USCIS新財年開始
也有說就直到2020結束...
小弟自己也還在等AP中的簽證
所以很關心這個EO的新聞QQ
不過看起來凶多吉少了 被擋是逃不了的
只是時間長短可能影響自己與雇主之間的共識
