結論是：只是系統改名詞定義而已 我昨天看到也嚇了一天 Orz
照 221(g) 的法律用詞 狀態只有 "refused" or "issued"
所以 Administrative Processing 現在變成 Refused
過了以後會顯示 Issued
如果真的被拒似乎是叫作 Denial?

It appears the Department of State is updating the language it uses in its
computer database to properly reflect the law.
The law allows for a visa application to be either “issued or refused” once
an interview has been conducted so it changed its terminology of
"Administrative Processing" (which meant the case is in process) to "Refused".
In essence, it's just a computer update- no actual substantive change.
The refusal is consistent with the regulations under 221(g).
Keep in mind a refusal under 221(g) is technically not the same as a denial on
other grounds.
