簽證官覺得你的回答裡面沒有跟台灣有強力的連結。

: G:五個禮拜 並附上出入境證明書 (他看蠻久的的) 並說明之前的旅行大多也有二到三週

這基本上已經是 AIT對於每個來申請 B簽證必問的問題了，想當然而因為你前次
被拒簽，申請 ESTA 不會過。
: G:因這次除了美國也還要去Cancun 而為什麼要去那也是因男朋友打算在那求婚

: G: 住在Fountain vally 朋友家 離LA 開車約一小時的車程
: 面試官在看出入境時我也說上次應該申請B2 旅遊簽但上次申請到B1 的personal 工作簽
: 但事實上這次出去完全沒有工作相關的事
: 面試官說這沒差
因為這個錯誤不直接構成拒簽，會構成拒簽的應該還是你跟台灣沒有強而有力的
連結。
214(b)
Every alien 10/ (other than a nonimmigrant described in subparagraph (L) or
(V) of section 101(a)(15), and other than a nonimmigrant described in any
provision of section 101(a)(15)(H)(i) except subclause (b1) of such section)
shall be presumed to be an immigrant until he establishes to the satisfaction
of the consular officer, at the time of application for a visa, and the
immigration officers, at the time of application for admission, that he is
entitled to a nonimmigrant status under section 101(a)(15) . An alien who is
an officer or employee of any foreign government or of any international
organization entitled to enjoy privileges, exemptions, and immunities under
the International Organizations Immunities Act [22 U.S.C. 288, note], or an
alien who is the attendant, servant, employee, or member of the immediate
family of any such alien shall not be entitled to apply for or receive an
immigrant visa, or to enter the United States as an immigrant unless he
executes a written waiver in the same form and su bstance as is prescribed by
section 247(b) .
簡單說就是「有移民意圖推定」，來申請簽證的人全部都假設有移民意圖，除非
能夠透過面談提供的資料，排除移民意圖，否則就是有，既然有移民意圖就不能
發給不能有移民意圖的 B簽證。
