INA 8 CFR 214.2(f)(11)(i)(C)和 8 CFR 274a.12(b)(6)(iv)的規定。
: 3)有人有找到24個月新制相關的官方policy嗎?
跟舊制大同小異，唯一差別是不可以做自願性的工作，必須有不低於平均的薪水
