是這樣的, 小妹我畢業後待在一間專招外勞的公司工作,
身心飽受煎熬一年多,
好不容易拿到我一直很想去的大公司的offer,
10/3要到新公司上班,
但我的stem EAD卡遲遲沒下來
(舊卡已在7/6過期 )
(6/2 USCIS收到,但status始終停留在case received,已超過90天)
最近上網爬文好像可以拿過期的EAD和receipt轉到新公司,
如下:

8.4.3.
Can the student change employers while the 17-month
extension application is pending?
Yes. However, if the 17-month extension period has started,
the employer must also be an E-Verify employer.
The student must report the change in employment to his or her DSO.
The DSO must update the student’s employer information in SEVIS
and the student should submit an amended Form I-765 to the appropriate
USCIS Service Center, providing the new employer’s E-Verify number
and a copy of the USCIS receipt notice for the first Form I-765.
A brief letter explaining the submission should also be included.
但這是17個月的舊制的policy, 我想請問板上的大大們:
1) 新制下stem EAD pending的狀態下可以去新公司上班嗎?
2)怎麼說服新公司的HR讓我在EAD stem pending的狀態下到新公司工作?
3)有人有找到24個月新制相關的官方policy嗎?
4)大家是如何解決超過90天但還遲遲沒下文的問題?
