[工作職缺] Field Application Engineer (Taiwan)
[工作内容]
Responsibilities:
Software Integration for post-sales technical support/management to OEMs/ODMs
customers in Taiwan during whole product/project development cycles including
o customer requirement identification and management,
o design in consultation and assistance,
o field problem characterization and troubleshooting or assistance (escalate
issues to development team when necessary),
o manufacturing testing consultation and troubleshooting.
o regulatory/FTA/Carriers approval assistance and facilitation
o technical trainings to ODM and their factories
[徵求條件]
Requirements:
Education : Bachelor Degree in Tech / Eng (or equivalent) – Electronics &
Communication Engineering
At least 10 years of applicable system design and / or applications
engineering related working experience
Previous C/C++, Windows programming experience, Linux programming experience
in embedded system is preferred.
Previous system-level, PC / laptop / tablet application, Windows OS and
Android experience is a must.
Must be comfortable working hands-on in a lab environment or customer
manufactory with electronic test equipment and procedures.
Previous experience in a customer support is a plus.
