第二階段－預賽：2017/11/25~2017/12/10
本次預賽共有30個颱風，除了圖片外只給編號，完全匿名。
編號比照北大西洋颱風命名順序，從ａ~ｚ後，接著為α、β、γ、δ。
編號順序和提名得票率無關，完全按板主自由心證排列。
提名有28個颱風，多出來的2個颱風為我自己另外提名的，所以共30個。
為了符合匿名精神，名單文全部鎖定避免推文討論各編號是哪個颱風，
若有任何疑問，或是圖片有誤植疑慮，請用站內信告知，感謝！
所有颱風都會有IR、EIR、IRBD三張圖，每個颱風使用的圖來源皆相同，
相信有些風迷應該很熟悉，然而同樣因為匿名精神的原因，
板主建議請不要花時間去來源網站找每個圖片是哪個颱風。
投票請按大V，每人可投6票，
預計票數最高的前6名颱風將取得決賽資格，實際名額會再依據投票結果調整。
