應徵職務
Shipping/Receiving Clerk(APOP158)
Job Duties:
1. Shipment Management
2. Daily shipping documents preparation.
3. Customs issues follow-up (e.g. import & export Customs declaration collect
& reporting )
4.Communicate with worldwide customer about the shipment delivery Coordinate
with 3rd Party logistic center.
Job experience required:
1. Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Experience with import/export is a beneficial.
4. Ability to properly handle confidential information and records.
5. Able to analyze information gathered in order to identify potential
problems or discrepancies
6. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
面試重點：
沒有年終，沒有三節，颱風天仍要上班
三，六，九，十二為出貨大月，要求當月的最後一週的星期六來加班
忙的時候會加班到凌晨，下班時間不定
中午休息吃飯時間不定，因為超忙
雖然招募職稱是Shipping，除了船務打單連絡貨運的工作外，但還要負責下列事項：
1.刷條碼(刷完才能下班)
2.要搬貨包裝
3.燒機
4.IQC
5.收貨款
6.多益要求700-800，因為要聯絡國外客戶，要接國外客人的電話。
所以根本是包裝作業員加業助加船務的超級雜工。
面試時說有加班費，但我想要拿得到也是困難重重吧。
面試的大姐說到職後要先到產線實習並在一個半月完成以上訓練
才可前往Shipping的位置。
(不懂產線工作的表現和Shipping職能有何關連？？)。還
不斷強調薪水比作業員高。
因為沒有年終沒有三節，所以年薪開520,000，不過感覺對方的預算低於這個價。
工作地點是在桃園龜山工業區深處的一個大樓，很難想像凌晨下班會是什麼感覺。
離開的時候在佈告欄看到注重健康和搬貨知識的宣導，看來過勞的人應該不少吧。
問說為什麼會開此職缺，對方說上一位人員因為做不來所以離職了。
