以上我還沒貼完, 簡單分析下來, 應該是要有finance, business, 還有system/data分析
能力, 以及consultant經驗, 並且有leadership, 能夠帶人帶案子
但問題是...
雇用類型: '派遣'
雖然目前應徵人數是0人, 如果之後有很多人投遞其實我也不會意外
只是有時候我在想, 台灣就業市場真的那麼邊緣化嗎?
相信以這樣的條件的人才, 如果不是因為外商在台HC限制
這種人才大可以在一般公司做正式職員, 甚至管理職
對這個現象多少有點無奈
另外這種缺不知道有沒有個60-70k, 不然只想用40-50k的話
應該會找不到人吧
