SUMMARY:
A experienced engineer with 4 years wireless communication algorithm design,
and worked in well-known chip design companies in recently two years. Chang
is also familiar with filter design, detection and estimation, C/C++, and
Matlab programming.
The special areas of expertise are:
1. Technical: Wireless communication system design and implementation
I designed the wireless transmitter and receiver and implemented it on
different platforms. I was able to implement a new algorithm to verify if any
proposed design can become a commercial product, and made the necessary
improvements to the original design. My master thesis is “Design and
Implementation of Spectrally precoded OFDM Transceiver based on IEEE 802.16m.”
I improved it and made possible to be driven on chip. Compared to the
traditional wireless system, our system has more frequency
utilization in trade of little transmission speed. By properly choosing the
method of channel estimation, the error rate performance is better and the
complexity would not increase too much.
