各位先進大家好
小弟我在大阪的生技新創公司上班
待了超過一年半了
辦公室在大阪大學吹田校區裡面
我們公司要招一位Structural Bioinformatician
職缺詳細如下:
KOTAI Biotechnologies, Inc. (KOTAI, Osaka, Japan) is a spinout from Osaka University's
world leading research center, Immunology Frontier Research Center (IFReC) launched in
2016.
Our unique and sophisticated bioinformatics based on deep structure understandings has
enabled us to analyze high throughput sequencing data of the immune systems such as I-
mmune repertoire (BCR, TCR, antibodies, etc) and RNA-seq data. KOTAI is working on di-
scoveries of new biomarkers and therapeutic compounds through the repertoire analysis
in the collaborations with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies as well as acad-
emic institutions.
We recruit researchers for the algorithm development of structural bioinformatics on
Immunology. In addition to the conventional NGS analysis, we are intensively working
on structure-based analysis of in-house high-throughput antibody/TCR data analysis.
Another critical goal of structure-based study in the domain is the applications to
improvement of drug modalities: therapeutic antibody and T-cell therapy.
To this end, we need to develop and improve our bioinformatics algorithms by integra-
tions of different experimental data types and approaches.
We welcome researchers who are eager to develop new algorithms, work on new data with
experimentalists and contribute to the society by developing new therapies. Since in-
dividuals of the company are working with people with different backgrounds, they have
to be team players and good communicators.
We look for researchers to work on the followings:
- Development of structural bioinformatics algorithms including de novo protein
modeling and design, affinity optimization, protein structural optimization etc.
- Integration of structure and sequence information
- Incorporation of different types of experimental data (e.g. Mass Spectroscopy,
ELISA, Biacore, etc.)
Requirements:
- Experience in developing and implementing structure-based algorithms
- Experience in machine learning and data mining
- Strong background in mathematics and/or statistics
- Experience in de novo design of proteins, optimization of binding affinity and
local conformations, and working knowledge of Rosetta or similar computational packages
- Programing skills: Perl/Python/R/C++ in a Linux environment
- Excellent communication skills, especially oral English
- Working knowledge of state-of-the-art bioinformatics and computational biology
- Strong interest in biology and immunology
Preferences:
- Ph.D. in bioinformatics, biophysics, biochemistry, biology, computational biology,
computer science or related fields
- Experience in collaborating with experimentalists
- Experience in working in a cloud-based environment
本公司支援簽證申請(透過專業行政書士)
也會出搬家和通勤費用
勞健保也都有保
工時正常 完全週休二日
公司內部工作語言是英文
所以不用會日文也沒關係喔!
想學日文的話,公司也全額補助日文課
目前公司大約有15位員工
其中三分之一是外國人
所以公司文化和傳統日商截然不同
不會死氣沈沈,也沒有太多綁死人的規定
反而很有彈性,假也都可以請
至於待遇問題,
取決於個人資歷專長技能
但絕對是比日本一般博士後好的

一般博後的薪水也是有很大差距的 要不要列給最低薪給大家參考看看不然以大阪的物價 稅後能不能過得比台灣好就難說

我的領域日本新科博士後一年400萬日幣 敝司比這個高很多而且其實大阪物價比東京低很多 房價比台北還要低

大阪比台北(新北?)低? 我在仙台怎覺得仙台比台北高高很多的話 建議列出薪資會一堆人搶著去拉 XD只要比JSPS的36(萬/月)高 很多人會願意去的公司有拿AMED的計畫 不得不說日本產學真的做得好

如果是專長符合的強者 薪資都可以談 比JSPS高也有可能

物價很多種,以飲食講,自己開伙是種物價,都買現成的很可能是他種物價,因為可能某國生鮮食材價低而人工高。至於住、行也可能不同物價。遑論小孩教育乃至於娛樂物價另外就是醫療物價。這些個都可能出現某個低於我國而其他卻遠高於我國者

最近才去這個校區面試了工作,可惜沒拿到。蠻喜歡他的環境的。
