在越南的新創公司徵求工業設計、機械、電機人才
簡單介紹一下公司背景:
Founder是法國人， 在越南將近五年，一直想要發展電動機車產業，但卡在資金及人才的
限制。最近終於第一筆資金到位，因為對台灣人的mindset和工作效率印象深刻，並且認
知到台灣在工業設計和機械電機方面有非凡的成就，於是萌生了想招募台灣團隊的念頭。
這個新創真的非常新，現在加入的成員會是成就這間公司的重要角色。
我個人覺得以下的人適合嘗試:
1. 想到越南發展但是不想走傳產 (目前台灣人在越南的機會還是傳產為主)

【徵求條件】1. Industrial Designer: 工業設計相關科系畢業
2. Electric Engineer: 電機、機械或相關科系畢業
3. Motorcycle Specialist/Technician: 電機、機械或相關科系畢業，或有
相關經驗者
【薪資待遇】一開始三個月是試用期，新鮮人$1,000-$1,200 (約台幣30,000-36,000)；
有經驗者根據經驗談，會保證高於前一份工作的薪資。
三個月之後會照合作狀況重新談薪資 (理論上不會比試用期低)。

Industrial Designer/ CAD technician Job description
You are ambitious and want to devote your energy to a meaningful project? You
are eager to explore new path for electric bike and general design of
vehicle? You want to be part of a start-up and build a project from ground to
manufacturing? Join our team!
As a CAD or computer-aided design technician you will combine your creative
design skills with engineering know-how to work in the 2-wheel e-bike vehicle
industry, to design plans for the next generation of electric 2-wheel
vehicle, and to build it.
Your tasks:
You will work both with 2D design to sketch ideas and 3D design to create
models which will be used to build prototypes.
Initially, you'll work with the CDO on the appearance and general design of
the vehicle, then use 3D modelling for the product representation.
From the 3D display you will create the specifications books working with the
engineering and mechanical team.
You'll also use your designs to help prepare cost estimates on projects, and
produce assembly instructions and maintenance manuals for installation,
service andepair technicians.
Requirements:
Strong problem-solving skills/ Find solution to problems encountered
Have strong knowledge of CAD (Autocad etc) and other software design
Have experience of at least 2 years in a similar field is preferred
Have a strong interest in motorbike and electric vehicle
Work with deadlines

Electric Engineer, Motor & Battery System Engineer job description
Combining both your creative skillsithngineering know-how, you will
work in the 2-wheel e-bike vehicle industry. This is an exciting path and
you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative ideas for new electric
vehicle and transportation vehicle.
Your time will be split into researching, developing and building prototypes,
but also liaise with the CEO and meet with other departments for the
production part.
You must:
Have strong knowledge about electricity and battery system
Have Strong knowledge of wiring and electric motor
Be able to connect the BMS to the dashboard
Find solution to problems encountered
As a technician, you will:
Research new developmentsnd innovations in electrical motor for motorbike
Draws technical plans between batteries and propulsion system (rotor)
Consider cost, effectiveness and safety of new designs
Modify and test designs on prototypes
Work with the designer team for engineering details and specifications book
You also need:Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of CAD software
Understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly methods
Ability to work in a team
An appreciation of business demands

Motorcycle Specialist/ Technician mechanics Job description
As a motorcycle specialist, you will work on all stage of the motorbike from
design to prototype, from manufacturing process and assembly lines to final
products.
Your time will be split into researching motorbike parts and get
quotation/prices, developing and building prototypes, but also liaise with
the CDO for industrial design and meet with other departments for the
production part.
You must:
Have strong knowledge of all components of a motorbike
Be able to find suppliers for all parts and draw a cost plan for the bike
Have knowledge of battery and electric motor
As a specialist, you will:
Research latest bike components development and design
Consider cost, effectiveness and safety of each components
Test and modify components on prototypes
Work with the designer team for engineering details and specifications book
You also need:Strong problem-solving skills
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly methods
Ability to work in a team
Being motivated able to take responsibilities
