reinstated OF Harrison Bader (#22) from the 10-day injured list.
Additionally, LHP Carlos Rodón commences a rehab assignment with
Double-A Somerset.
(2) @Yankees: Following today’s doubleheader, the Yankees made the following
roster moves:
‧ Returned “27th Man” RHP Greg Weissert to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
‧ Optioned INF/OF Oswaldo Cabrera to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
(3) @BryanHoch: Boone: DJ LeMahieu out of the lineup tonight and possibly
tomorrow. “I want him to continue to work on some of the little things
he’s working on.”
(4) @BryanHoch: Boone: Aaron Judge is encouraged, “feels like there’s a
little bit of breakthrough” after 2nd PRP injection
(5) @BryanHoch: Brian Cashman also said that the Yankees are not considering
calling up Oswald Peraza to replace Anthony Volpe. Peraza will continue
playing 2B/3B/SS at Triple-A to "finish off his development."
(6) @M_Marakovits: Ian Hamilton will make another rehab appearance tomorrow
(likely 1 inning). He’s scheduled for one more thereafter (likely 2 ups)
he’s optimistic he’ll be part of the mix on the road trip
