(1) @BryanHoch: Aaron Judge had another PRP injection in his toe during
yesterday’s off-day, per Aaron Boone. There is a second ligament that has
been bothering him. Still no timetable for return.
1.1. @BryanHoch: Boone also said Judge needs to perform range-of-motion
exercises, pool work, balancing, etc. And he needs to wait on all that right
now because of the latest PRP injection.
(2) @BryanHoch: Harrison Bader didn’t feel ready to return, according to Aaron
Boone … more defensively than offensively. Everyone involved agreed to give
him two more minor league games. New plan is that he would return Tuesday in
New York.
(3) @BryanHoch: Carlos Rodón’s rehab will begin Tuesday with @SOMPatriots.
Aaron Boone estimates Rodón will need three rehab starts.
(4) @BryanHoch: Nestor Cortes could begin playing catch again on Sunday, Aaron
Boone said. Best guess for his return would be sometime in July.
(5) @ktsharp: Yankees are now 2-10 (.167) in road extra inning games since the
start of last season.
Only the Pirates (1-6, .143) are worse.
