and research covered in this course? Please elaborate.
3. 基於本學期所學之組織行為知識,你會建議該公司如何進一步改善其人資制度或作為
?請擇一詳述。(不限於前項)
Basing on what you have learned in this organizational behavior course, what
suggestions will you make for improving the company’s human resource
policies and practices? Please elaborate.

Is there one team experience that makes a strong impression on you? Please
apply organizational behavior knowledge to analyze reasons of success or
failure for the team in question. Please also elaborate on how you can
improve future team work using what you have learned in this course. (25分)
2.人類社會正在快速老化,「年齡」將是職場重要的多元性(diversity)面向之一。你有
無印象深刻與「長者」互動的經驗?請以企業管理現場為脈絡,論述組織行為知識可如何
用於因應高齡社會中的管理挑戰。可擇一項論述。
Population aging is a global phenomenon, and “age” will be a salient
dimension of workplace diversity. Is there one experience with the “older
people” that makes a strong impression on you? In the context of management,
please elaborate on how organizational behavior knowledge may be used to meet
the challenges in an aging society. (25分)
