薪資待遇難提升 林全這樣分析

近年國內貧富差距大、薪資水平難提升，行政院長林全認為，由於全球化造成企業競爭壓
力更大，企業要節省成本，加上全球經濟放緩，以致於國內薪資待遇難上揚。
林全今日參加工商協進會舉辦的「工商早餐會」，他提到國內薪資水平低的原因。
林全表示，過去台灣產業外移，但研發留在國內，讓企業對於國內仍舊可以創造就業機會
，而對於人才需求強勁，也能帶動薪資待遇成本，不過全球化越來越普及，企業在海外遇
到更大競爭壓力，逼得企業需要cost down，才會抑制到國內薪資水平。
此外，林全也認為，同一時間，由於國內無法找到新的發展機會，沒有新投資，而全球景
氣放緩之下，加速讓國內所得差距擴大。
林全說，社會企業對政府期待很高，所以政府要承擔更多責任與負擔，不能放任國內經濟
放緩，這也是為何政府提出「5+2」產業計畫，同時，也要擴大政府支出。
