Houston Rockets young gun Jalen Green delivered the best performance of his
rookie season, pouring in a career-high 32 points to lead his team to a
139-130 win over the Los Angeles Lakers in overtime.

Green took over down the stretch, scoring 19 of his 32 points in the fourth
quarter and overtime, including a 10-0 Rockets run to start the extra period,
buoyed by Green.

Entering tonight's contest, the Rockets had the second-worst record in the

After the win, Green candidly revealed the Rockets' gameplan down the stretch
