2. All Nut Coupons and loopholes disqualify.沒有射射券，不准鑽漏洞
。This has been a rule ever since 2019, just to clarify. Any forms of "Nut
Coupons," whether it be birthday freebies or any other "one-time freebie"
coupons will disqualify you from the challenge.

。There are no "three strikes" rule or any other loopholes either. If you are
looking for any such loopholes like Nut Coupons/Passes or a three strikes rule
, then you've already lost. It defeats the whole point and purpose of the

3. Begin and finish No Nut November in your timezone. 在你的時區內進行
。It doesn't matter if you started the challenge in, for example, England, and
finish the challenge in Japan. You must begin this challenge during November 1
in your current timezone, and stop when it has reached December 1. Moving to
other timezones is possible.
在哪裡開始或結束都可以，舉個栗子在臺灣開始，在日本結束。
你必須在當前所在時區11/1開始，12/1結束。允許移動到別的時區。
。This is not required for completion at all, but for participants who wish to
partake on the "Global Challenge," you'll have to start No Nut November on
November 1 at UTC+14, and end at December 1 at UTC-12.
