航班異動我2/19打電話要求退成旅遊券,
2月19日到現在己經三個月了,都還沒有收到券
今天打給客服,居然回我說,還要五到六個星期
告知客服朋友在4/11就收到了,客服居然回我,只能繼續等下去
請問有人跟我同樣情況嗎?
原本預計收到券要訂下半年去東京機票
現在看到有特價,完全無法購買,無法規劃下半年旅行。
有什麼好建議方式解決,打到消基會有用嗎?

我第一封MAIL到有回應好像等了兩個月有,FB<沒用,那是台灣商,網站留言跟寫MAIL差不多等很久,最後畫重點,狂寫信吧

客服只是服務端幫不上忙,你寫信才是給處理的行政端

是酷航允許可以退票,進退票程序,想搭也搭不到~好嗎~

我比你更慘,我打去退票,三個月後客服說根本沒有我記錄所以我現在只能照原日期出發,根本訂不到飯店了

我還花五百元調通聯記錄,酷航竟說,他們就是查不到然後不承認我們跟中華電信調有打去的通聯記錄
