航班異動我2/19打電話要求退成旅遊券,
2月19日到現在己經三個月了,都還沒有收到券
今天打給客服,居然回我說,還要五到六個星期
告知客服朋友在4/11就收到了,客服居然回我,只能繼續等下去
請問有人跟我同樣情況嗎?
原本預計收到券要訂下半年去東京機票
現在看到有特價,完全無法購買,無法規劃下半年旅行。
有什麼好建議方式解決,打到消基會有用嗎?

: liberty to rebook you on the flight departing one day after your original
: date at no charge (i.e. if you were originally booked on a Friday flight, we’

: itinerary by retrieving your booking via our "Manage My Booking' facility at

: Should the new arrangement not be acceptable, please contact our call centre
