意思
小菸曾經是我們LSE法律博士班的學生，
小菸自稱博士，我們大英帝國外交部門和
盟友美國，也稱呼她博士，所以我們也稱
呼她博士。明白講，我們LSE沒授予她博
士學位，她的博士頭銜怎麼來的，我們
LSE管不著。
LSE在這聲明開頭，寫上一個Former，
又寫出student，擺明昭告天下，小菸的
博士頭銜和LSE沒關係。
我不曉得1450和菸粉高潮什麼。

好多菸粉和1450高潮。這英文怎麼讀的，
我就不懂了。
彭文正質疑這份聲明，有很多錯誤，如把
小菸說成擔任過台灣副總統，把台灣前行
政院長校友俞國華寫成台灣總統。彭的意
思，大概指本賀電犯下這種行文的低級錯
誤，應是某人有操刀一部分。
有好多1450高潮：英國內閣制，因此搞不
清楚總統制，所以把小菸當行政院副院長
，寫成vice president；把行政院長俞國華
寫成president。哇！那聲明的第一句：

Ing-wen was re-elected for a second
term as the president of Taiwan on 11
January 2020.
這LSE的說法，是2020小菸在競選台灣行
政院長president嗎？
同一份聲明，1450菸粉把前面president
翻譯成總統，後面的vice president翻成
副行政院長，以及president行政院長。
英國人會這樣寫英文？
靠，還英國內閣制不懂總統制。美國不就
總統制？德國選總統，也是內閣總理制。
法國更妙了和我們差不多妙，選總統、有
內閣總理的雙首長制。LSE，歐洲政治學
界最負盛名的倫敦政治經濟學院，你1450
和菸粉跟大家說，LSE官方賀電會搞不清
台灣總統和副行政院長、行政院長各該用
什麼英文名詞表達。
這份賀電，是否由某人操刀，但經LSE
修改後再發出？嘻嘻。機率很高。
這些錯誤，只代表這份賀電是各方折衝下
的產物。LSE接受了某人的部份資料，但
破題也擺明立場，「博士」如妳所願，可
「前法律博士班學生」也陳述了事實，妳
的「博士」和LSE無關。
以下開放1450、吱吱無法反駁，只好怒噓
可憐哪高潮一波。
