兩岸間的關係是國與國之間的交流
中華民國的國家定位權力是屬於
生活在台灣的國民們 而不是任一政黨的
因此兩岸的交流必須以國與國的方式做交流
這樣兩岸才對等

increase chances Communist control, so Formosans must recognize facts, not
avoid them

and they should not forget that Formosa fits into large pattern from which it
cannot be separated arbitrarily
而且福爾摩沙人也不該忘記，福爾摩沙不能自以為可以獨自於世界之外運作
and although US sympathetic to Formosan aspirations, there were very few grounds
for optimism now and foreseeable future.
