這種全展開的, 就只是項目編號.
像是House hold of furniture
跟 House hold of appliance.
這樣也能分成兩項, 但是這種項目再多, 又有甚麼意義?
還有例如台對中開放84系列的項目,細項有14項, 大陸開放的84系列 只有五項.
但是台灣有842,3,4,5,9 大陸根本就沒有啊, 大陸就只有一項
"software and information technology services"
可被定義為WTO中的842系列, 因此只有5項.
所以雖然數字上看起來台灣開放得比大陸多9項, 但其實內容是一模一樣的.
光比這數字有啥意義?
