When it comes to Sino-US relations with Russia, Kissinger made it clear: The

join Russia to control China, and this report was purely fictional. I have
always believed that the United States must take China as a partner in order
to build a world order. Under the current situation, neither the United
States nor China should seek to unite allies against each other, but should
seek to solve fundamental problems and expand consensus and cooperation. We
