其實這項政策很多人認為是針對沙威瑪產業而來的
甚至是某種程度的宗教與族群戰爭
因為該項禁止磷酸鹽的政策裡面有一項但書:
傳統食物例外
所以各種大量添加磷酸鹽的歐式肉類製品 特別是香腸類產品
都可以繼續使用磷酸鹽
就是沙威瑪不行
所以這項政策會讓人更健康嗎?
很有可能只是讓產業洗牌而已 大家還是繼續吃磷酸鹽
即是沙威瑪是二次大戰後歐洲街頭最具有代表性的食物
但是他依舊不再屬於傳統食物的例外名單裡
老實說蠻可笑的 連很多歐洲人自己都覺得可笑
