簡單說明一下我對辣的接受度，尋常麻辣火鍋店，我大概吃上幾口麻辣鍋得吃幾口白鍋
平衡一下。大乾麵的地域辣椒系列，雖然覺得辣但可以接受。
#香辣麵(小中辣)(大)60元
雖然有聽朋友講過，但香辣麵上一來後，紅通通的麵條完全沒有配料仍然著實不習慣
。香辣麵就是一碗很單純的麵。入口後，香氣竄了出來來，辣味接著不甘示弱地冒出，
比大乾麵循序漸進的辣勁來得更迅速。
麵條不是尋常小吃店常見的油麵，吃起來更有彈性，也沒有油麵會有那不太討喜的味道。
醬料雖然辣，但參著蝦油的香氣的味道，即便會邊喊著好辣，仍會讓人一口接一口。
香辣麵的香氣真的十分吸引人！吃下後開始流汗，加上宜蘭那幾天的好天氣，整個人暖
烘烘的。因此，怕辣的朋友點小辣可以享受香氣，不怕辣的朋友就大膽點吧！
#餛飩魚丸湯(小)40元
拜青蔥之賜，湯頭帶有蔥香，或許因為宜蘭是蔥的故鄉，這次與朋友的旅行小吃中，
我們喝了兩間的湯都充滿濃濃的蔥香味。魚丸是常見的口味，餛飩小巧屬於有嚼勁的外皮
，比較不是我平時吃的類型。

Spicy Noodles is at Luodong County, near the Luodong Forestry Culture Garden.
You can choose to take a walk there after having spicy noodles.
#Spicy Noodles (Large) (Medium Spicy) (60 NT dollars)
I am not so used to noodles without other ingredients, but the sauce of
spicy noodles is so good. The spicy with the smell of shrimp oil comes so
fast and strong that you cannot stop eating while saying it is so SPICY.
After eating spicy noodles, I sweat a lot, with the good weather in Yilan in
winter, I still feel warm without jacket.
#Dumpling and Fish Ball Soup (40 NT dollars)
The soup has the smell and sweetness of green onions. The dumpling is small
and chewy compared to other common dumpling.
