這題如果是endorse(簽發支票) 那麼前面的介係詞應該是用Before
enclose除了圍繞 也有封起來的意思 這裡應該是指"用信封裝好"

這是標準的授與動詞句型
至於percent不加s "個人覺得"是跟fish不加es一樣 代表一種集合名詞的概念
會加s或es應該是要強調很多種類的集合
(基本上記得percent大多不加s就好 以上觀念請版友指證)
