基於波蘭航空與新加坡的商業和運營上的變化，他們無法就已出票之機票提供空運服務。
現在波蘭航空提出以下的2個解決方案
1. 全額退還機票費用
2. 轉換其他由波蘭航空指定的航空公司前往目的地

目前聯絡的最新進度如下：
1. 原旅行社提供全額退票，或是酷航相關航班自行選擇更換，然後在新加坡還不能同日
轉機，若有過夜問題要自行處理
2. 波航回覆可以全額退費，或是聯絡波航改航班，但都是國際電話............
有人有相關的消息嗎？？？？？
