There is the news 'on' the market that Apple is going to buy out Samsung.
There is the news 'in' the market that Apple is going to buy out Samsung.
請問一下，大家會覺得這兩個句子有甚麼不同嗎?
兩個都是我自己寫的
還有甚麼地方可以查到相關用法呢?

好繞口...而且 buy out 是指有控股權，也就是股份佔多數...Apple有買這麼高的股份到可以控制Samsung嗎？
