早餐: whole meal toast + avocado+ long black
午餐: green veggies+ chicken breast + salmon
Afternoon tea: banana + long black
晚餐: green veggies + tangelo + apple + 2 kiwi
運動: 1.5 hrs
喝水量: 1500 cc
今天的心情: ok.
I want to lose weight !!! Determination!!
Another 90 days challenge!go go go!
