在「超級生命密碼系統」修行，所有的注意力都放在靜心、內省、調頻、改善，期望身心
靈有所聚合，可以與天地共振。本來就不喜歡吃喝喧囂的場合，這幾年下來更是有意避免
。今天有個機會參加一個活動，主要是兩岸商界交流協會的聚餐，少不得載歌載舞，人聲
鼎沸。決定參加時就已經做好心理準備要去營造一些碰面交談的機會，把超碼結緣書、歌
卡及活動DM分享出去。進到會場仍然非常不習慣時下歌曲的旋律和歌詞，與人交談時都得
扯著嗓門，和舞台上的歌聲交相共振，就這樣整個會場處在「噪音」中兩三個小時。
以媛當時問自己是否要離開，隨即轉念告訴自己，這些人都是每天為生活勞碌奔波的普羅
大眾，想要追求幸福人生而做著各種自認必要的努力。這個餐會提供了交際應酬的機會，
彼此表達相對方的善意，同時也讓大家放聲高歌，紓解壓力。以媛帶來的結緣小冊、歌卡
及DM，如同荒漠中的甘泉，可以打開在場人的視野，為自己做另一種人生的選擇，絕對要
堅持留下來和善良人結緣，撒下一顆種子成為他們日後生命的轉捩點，也為天地做了盡了
一點力。
雖然中午有個餐會，仍然不願意放棄共修課，在線上聽了前半段太陽盛德導師的教導，真
捨不得下線。在今天的共修課上，導師感嘆時光飛逝，歲月催人老，問大家是否每天有成
長? 在世事紛亂的大環境中，自己有無安心、定心的素養和修為?導師一再強調，要有對
的inputs才可能期待對的outputs。但要「熬」多久才會出現那想要的結果呢?其實一切就
在於自己是否有通達明理的觀念，知道對的、正確的事情重複做，熟能生巧，過程中再精
益求精愈加改善，本來就是生活或工作的一部分。最終結果在塵埃落定前都只是階段性成
果，只有「蓋棺」時的境所呈現的結果，才是這次生命旅程中那個主題最後的結果，是否
滿意?就看自己在每一個階段投入inputs的優劣、多寡，有無合天心、順天意，有無得到
貴人的助緣等等。過程中若始終放不掉「我」，有「小我」的利弊得失、喜怒哀樂各種情
緒或算計屭鉹丑A往往會讓原初的設定目標和應該投入的各種條件和努力，無法產生應
有的效果。
導師對於「ing現在進行式」的概念非常經典，因為福氣或幸運指數是自己給的，也要經
常盤點指數上下變動的狀態及其背後原因。生活中剎那間截取的片段境象是否如意，不足
以決定最後的總成績。因此如法實修是持續不斷的生活內容的一部份，別無懸念。
06/08「太陽靈驗運法」第29輪39日
1. 感恩土城山櫻扶輪社新任年度社長Lulu應約在火車站微風星巴克碰面，因為是全女
性社員，以媛建議她每週例會主題的思考方向，若能和「幸福家庭」連結，每次邀請專家
演講及內部討論都圍繞這個主題，會有累積加乘效果。其次在社內推廣正能量歌曲，超碼
系統太陽盛德導師的原創歌曲就可以是最好的來源。看到Lulu將這些建議記在筆記中，知
道她會和年度「節目委員」討論。今天播下一顆種子，相信會有某種程度的採納，讓超碼
系統發揮影響力。
2. 感恩朋友認養兩岸商界交流聚餐的桌次，邀請以媛參加有機會想善良有緣人分享結
緣書，同時邀請參加6/28演唱會。
3. 感恩自己在今天利用時間陸續將一直拖延未做的事情，包含打掃家裡、回朋友訊息
、完成一篇研究報告、辦理赴美ESTA電子簽證等等，總算一一完成，心頭的壓力放下了，
感覺很舒服。
