今天是個特殊的日子，一大早起來就為參加馬來西亞「營養早餐屋」的節目，一個半小時
的安排非常緊湊，除了太陽八段錦，兩位主持人做一般性的介紹、串場和詮釋，導讀天使
的導讀外，只由一位分享者做上下兩段不同書籍內容的回應和分享。今天導讀的兩本書為
《幸福工廠》和《怡然富足最吉運》，前者深究幸福的意義和做法，後者專注於能量的掌
握和維持與提升的作法。兩本書都讓以媛有機緣做了深入的閱讀，獲益良多。「營養早餐
屋」的規畫非常活潑充實，每天不同的主持人和導讀天使，各有特色，可以吸引近200人
上線共振，令以媛印象深刻。

渾身能量飽滿。非常感恩。
3. 感恩姐姐遠道從平鎮來台北，姊妹倆難得一起午餐、話家常、談超碼。乘載姐姐滿
滿的關愛，能量滿滿去發書，過程順利。還打了許多年底活動的聯繫電話，都有正面的回
應，可謂事事奪標，心生歡喜。
